Tabasco Specialty Cross

Tabasco Specialty Cross

This beautiful large plant produces a huge bounty of colorful edible peppers. This pepper is a cross of Tobasco pepper, a Naga pepper, and a pink tiger cross pepper. The pods are about one to two inches long, and cone shaped. This pepper ripens from purple to a light green then a lemon yellow then to light orange and finally to a dark red. The foliage on this plant is greenish purple with purple stems and some of the peppers will show hints of purple on the calyx. This pepper can get up to four feet tall and is just as wide. Large plants can produce hundreds of peppers. A very tasty pepper, with hints of fruitiness, sweetness and floral. This pepper has a hot spiciness level of about 100,000 Scoville units.
